Five-Year Strategic Plan 2022-2027
VCU School of Dentistry's strategic plan is a living document providing guidance toward the current and future priorities.
In fall of 2021, a Strategic Plan Committee was formed to develop a new five-year strategic plan for the School. This Committee, chaired by Michael Healy, D.D.S., M.Ed., former senior associate dean for student services, was made up of students, staff, alumni, and faculty of the School of Dentistry. Since then, the committee has worked with the VCU Performance Management Group to develop the strategic plan. The plan will direct the efforts of the school for a five-year period: 2022-2027.
